His shore duty billets included NAS Roosevelt Roads, P.R.; NAS Patuxent River, MD; Bremerton Naval Hospital and Assault Craft Unit Four (ACU-4) out of Little Creek Amphibious Base.
Since becoming a Realtor in Virginia Beach, VA, Ed has had many satisfied home buyers and home sellers, but by all means his favorite clients are his military members & veterans. Nothing brings him more joy than helping his fellow veterans/active duty Servicemembers find a place to call home or assisting them with achieving the best possible price their home will bring when it comes time to sell a home. That's why he completed extensive training through the National Association of Realtors to complete the designation as a Military Relocation Professional, MRP, which focuses on the specific needs of our military families and their special real estate needs when transferring to or from a duty station. The fact that Ed completed this designation & the fact the he himself completed many Permanent duty station moves himself make him the go to guy for buying or selling a home if you are in the military or a veteran.
Ed also spent nearly eight years of his time as a Realtor in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Norfolk, VA listing for sale Fannie Mae and VA Foreclosures and has become very familiar with the requirements for investors, landlords, and homeowners alike to purchase these foreclosed properties.
