The Circle of Excellence Awards program is for members of the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association (HRRA) and recognizes the top REALTOR® agents in the Hampton Roads Area. Each year, hundreds of REALTORS® apply for these awards as they are a symbol of their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
