HRRPAC Pub Crawl

Join fellow HRRA members for a very HRRPAC Happy Hour - we’ll be making stops at PBR, The Harbor Club, and Blue Moon TapHouse, sampling libations and taking donations! You need only contribute to HRRPAC at the Fair Share level ($35) in order to attend! (See link below disclosures.)


Disclosures: Hampton Roads REALTORS® Political Action Committee (HRRPAC), REALTOR® Issue Mobilization (RIM/non-political) and HRRA Foundation contributions are voluntary and do not affect membership. Contributions to HRRPAC and RIM are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to HRRPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. The Association will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution, and you may refuse to contribute to the PAC without reprisal by the Association. 40% of each contribution is used by HRRPAC. Up to 60% of each contribution is sent to National RPAC and is charged against your limits under federal law (2 U.S. C. 441a); National RPAC returns up to 30% of your contribution to Virginia RPAC for use in connection with the election of state and local candidates in Virginia.

What is Discovering Commercial Real Estate? This course offers a broad overview
of the basics of commercial real estate and how it differs from the residential side
of the industry. Students will learn the broker’s role and discover the different types of commercial properties, terms, valuation methods, marketing, and resources for further education. It will explain the business and introduce many of the resources needed to pursue a commercial transaction or career in commercial real estate.

This is an ideal introductory course for those who are newly licensed and/or
residential agents to learn more about commercial real estate and their impact within the industry. It is also a great basic foundation for any real estate professional to understand the impact of commercial real estate on residential sales.

Anatomy of a Home
