The HRRA Foundation is a tax-exempt, 501(C)(3) non-profit organization sponsored by the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association. The HRRA Foundation is a channel for the charitable and community service energies of the professional real estate industry. The money donated to this foundation, by charter, must be directed to meeting the charitable needs of the community and for education of the public and the real estate industry.
In these uncertain economic times, your support is needed more than ever. Join HRRA in helping the citizens of Hampton Roads in the fight to end homelessness, educate the homebuying public, and recover from natural disasters.
The Virginia Association of REALTORS® and Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association, in coordination with the Partnership for Housing Affordability and national REALTOR® Relief Foundation, offered direct financial assistance to Virginians affected by Hurricane Matthew and resultant damage. Responding to the needs of Virginians, REALTORS® coordinated resources that provided assistance to qualified victims of natural disaster for housing relief.
(As of November 2, Relief Foundation funds available to local residents have been fully expended. If any additional funds become available, VAR will continue to review applications in the order in which they have been received.)
